On a bespoke order, the first thing we ask is for a deposit of $150. Once the deposit is received, we will send out a conformer, felt samples, and instructions on how to use the conformer. We also to have an instructional video to help with this process.

For our domestic clients, we will pay for the shipping to you if you will pay for the return. With our international clients, we absorb the first $15 of shipping (we would spend that anyway) and invoice for the balance.
After receiving the conformer back, your order will go into the queue and you will be contacted for final decisions prior to putting it on the block. Once complete, the hat will be sent and you will be invoiced for the balance after we know the actual shipping cost.
Our goal is to give the most simple, complete, and satisfying experience possible. Should the fit be off, we will work with you until it’s perfect to you.
With an “off the rack” purchase, your order will be shipped the next business day once shipping is calculated and you have been notified of the total.
